My husband and I needed to move across the country to New York, but because of the pandemic, we were in Colorado and couldn’t travel to actually see any homes nor even the area to which we had to move and about which we were very unfamiliar. Jen was recommended to us through a colleague of mine, so we contacted her and told her what our plans, needs, and questions were. She guided us through the complications of buying a house in a different state that had different rules and ways of doing things. Every step of the way, Jen seamlessly adjusted to all of our changing needs. Jen perceptively developed an understanding of who we were, our financial constraints and timeframes, and what we wanted – in terms of communication, assistance, AND homes; she took us on virtual home and neighborhood tours and arranged everything remotely. When we asked for advice and when we needed to make decisions regarding the house buying process, she always provided exactly the perfect amount – never pushy nor wishy-washy (both of which we’ve experienced with other realtors). And every time we made a decision with Jen’s input, it proved to be the right and best decision. Ha), but we also turned to her for advice on how to interpret and handle other real estate matters (unrelated to this house), as well as helping us with and answering so many of our other questions about the area, neighborhood, and everything in between... because we found that we absolutely 100% trusted Jen, her expertise, her smarts... that trust was so incredibly important throughout all of this. We interviewed 2 agents. Jennifer came to our home prepared for the interview. She walked the house looking in every closet unlike the other. She had comps available upon arrival. When she presented the comps, she explained why some were more valuable to our listing than others. After we signed with her as our agent, she helped with staging. I had read many things on this topic and did my best, but she helped us to present even better. She was knowledgeable in understanding the offers that we received in 48 hours and how to interpret them. She is the best!!! I would highly recommend her. She knows the business!!
